Meet Forrest

After graduating from Chadron State College, Forrest went to work helping students pursue their careers. Working at universities around the Midwest, he met hundreds of students on their educational journey. Forrest moved to South Dakota, where he worked at the South Dakota School of Mines.

After some time in Rapid City, Forrest returned to his small town roots. For the past few years, he has served as the Program Services Director for the Lead-Deadwood Boys and Girls Club. He lives in Lead with his husband, Levi, and their pets (two cats and a dog).

On the weekends, you will find Forrest working on the house or engaging in his hobbies of gardening, biking, reading, and computer gaming.

Forrest is running for the PUC to defend the little guy. His policy priorities include protecting landowners rights, increasing coverage for grain sellers, and securing statewide emergency services.
